In the Spring of 2007, NEOSA assisted NorTech with the launch of a new jobs portal to help companies find people and help job seekers get noticed. NEOSA provided a database of regional tech companies that NorTech used as the foundation for the portal.
With financial assistance from JumpStart and BioEnterprise, and database support from NEOSA, NorTech launched - neotechjobs.com.
This portal utilizes spidering technology to capture open positions from the database of tech companies in the region. As long as your company has a careers section and jobs posted on your own website, neotechjobs.com will find them and post them to the portal. This portal dramatically increases the visibility of tech job openings in the region. We're proud to have played a part in its launch.
